Why we exist
Closing the gap between the software that was asked for and the software that’s needed.
Most software projects don’t fail in the code. They fail earlier: when a requirement is accepted without a question, when a constraint turns up too late, or when the system that was asked for isn’t the system the organisation needed.
We started MERCIL to work in that gap. Before we design anything, we learn how your organisation really works: the people, the processes, the systems you already run and the rules you work under. Then we build software that fits.
