GMM MUSIC PUBLISHING INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD (GMM MPI) is a subsidiary of GMM GRAMMY Public Co., Ltd., a leading provider of a fully integrated entertainment platform in Thailand. GMM MPI’s primary responsibility is to collect and manage copyright fees from customers using GRAMMY media, including restaurants, karaoke bars, exhibitions and more.
The Challenge
Currently, GMM MPI faces significant challenges with manual and decentralized processes across various workflows. This inefficiency results in wasted time and resources.
