The Customer, a passion provider company named "Biddee" – an e-auction marketplace which has over 10 thousands active users in their social page.
The Challenge
Biddee collaborated with MERCIL to design and develop a web application platform that offers a customized bidding experience. The objective was to create a user-friendly application tailored to the needs of Asian users, with an emphasis on an optimized user experience.
Our Solution
MERCIL designed the web application that support both desktop and mobile. With experience in tailor-made software, MERCIL develop real-time auction algorithm with some features localized for Asian user such as sniper bid, buyout, bidder top chart, coupon and more.
Together with MERCIL, Biddee can custom integrated with 3rd party, tailoring shopping experience, evaluate feedback and confident to drive their business strategy with passion to transform bidding experience to the new level.
Results
With tailor-made experience on bidding, MERCIL helped the Customer to become one of the top-tier provider on e-auction marketplace in Thailand and their business model continuously growth with development from MERCIL.
