Application Support Analyst

• Issue analysis and resolution: help clients resolve application issues and suggest ways to improve their experience.
• Coordination: work with the development team to address technical issues and communicate solutions.
• Testing: help test application enhancements and coordinate user testing.
• Implementation planning: coordinate implementation plans and oversee user acceptance testing.
• Issue tracking: keep a detailed log of issues and follow up until they are resolved.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and able to work in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset with clients.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in application or client support is preferred.
• Experience in stock trading, finance or a related field is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases is an advantage.
