Work you will do:
- Issue Analysis & Resolution: Provide professional service to support clients in resolving application-related issues and offer expert suggestions to improve their experience.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with the development team, to effectively address and communicate solutions for technical issues.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist in testing application enhancements and coordinating user testing to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Implementation Planning: Coordinate and manage implementation plans, overseeing user acceptance testing and ensuring project goals are met.
- Issue Tracking & Follow-up: Maintain a detailed log of issues and follow up consistently to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-minded approach to client interactions.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in application or client support is preferred.
- Advantageous experience in Stock Trading, Financial, or related fields.
- Basic technical knowledge in Relational Databases is an added advantage.
