A tailor-made business intelligence reporting system for GMM Grammy’s accounting, connecting its subsidiary companies and cutting manual work and human error: more than 30 single-company, consolidated and executive reports from one datamart, with drill-down, Excel export, and each user seeing only the companies they are allowed to.

MEMO Clothing took every wholesale order through a LINE group. MERCIL redesigned the process and built a web app and back office for it: orders now take minutes instead of days, one admin does the work of four, and customer satisfaction rose from 53% to 97%.
