How we work together
At MERCIL, engineers work with the full context of a project. You meet the client, see the constraints, and are expected to question a requirement when it does not fit the work. You share responsibility for how the result turns out.
Teams are small, and newer people work alongside experienced ones. We take time to understand a problem before building, and we count documentation, tests and clear communication as part of the work.
